Bell Tent Glamping

~ A touch of wild luxury ~

Award Winning, Dog-Friendly Glamping in West Wales 🌞

Looking for the perfect glamping holiday in West Wales?
Our two beautiful 5-metre bell tents offer a peaceful, nature-filled escape - without the hassle of pitching your own tent. Just arrive, relax and immerse yourself in the comfort and magic of bell tent glamping at Ffynnonwen.
Both tents are set in their own private, scenic spaces - one nestled amongst wild flowering grasses, the other tucked into a secluded apple orchard. Even better? Both are dog-friendly, so your four-legged companions are welcome to join you on your glamping adventure!
With real beds, campfires and open skies, our bell tents offer the best of camping - without compromising on comfort.

The Meadow Bell Tent

Escape to nature in our Meadow Bell Tent, set deep within our wildflower meadow and far from any distractions. It’s the ideal glamping retreat for couples, solo travellers or families seeking tranquility.
Spend your day soaking in the sounds of buzzing bees and birdsong, while red kites soar overhead. Wander the winding footpaths through the grass, uncovering hidden nooks and natural treasures.
As the sun sets, light the fire, toast marshmallows and share stories under a star-filled sky. Then curl up in a cosy bed, dreaming of tomorrow’s adventures...

The Orchard Bell Tent

Hidden amongst the apple trees, surrounded by wild grasses and flowers, our Orchard bell tent offers a truly magical escape. Completely secluded, the Orchard offers a unique, soul-nourishing getaway.
The orchard is off the beaten track and fully enclosed with a discreet 5 foot fence making it the perfect spot for dogs (and small people!) to roam and explore freely, giving you peace of mind and a chance to unwind.
In the spring you can immerse yourself in the pink apple blossom, with bees busily buzzing from bow to bow... later in the summer the heady scent of sun-warmed apples fills your senses from the rosy jewels hanging in the trees.
In the evening, gather round the camp fire to cook and watch the hypnotic flames, finding constellations and maybe even a shooting star to make a wish on...

The Boring (but important) Bits...

We welcome children and dogs in the Bell Tent but ask you to be aware that that we have ducks and occasionally sheep that can be easily scared so your dogs need to be kept on leads. We also ask that dogs be kept off the furniture so they don't get hairy and, well, doggy!
The Bell Tent is accessed via little paths and we have wheelbarrows to help you carry your things to and from if you need them.
The Bell Tent sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bed and two occasional single beds.
There is no lighting on the site apart from in the toilets, so be sure to bring a torch!
We do not allow radios or electronic music but would encourage you to bring instruments and a song to share around the camp fire.
Check in any time after 4pm, check out 10am.
