Terms and Conditions

General

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground or inside the fire pit and attended by an adult at all times.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times (unless you are in the Orchard Bell tent where your dog can be off lead when the gate is closed).
• Please no radios or recorded music as it disturbs the ambience. Live music is fine.
• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car included.
• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit apart from set up and pack up. All cars must be parked in the car park.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted.
• No hen/stag parties permitted.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to the owners immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the owner's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The owners reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Additional Charges

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the glamping units. If we smell cigarette smoke or find evidence of smoking inside the glamping units a £100 charge will be taken for a deep clean.
• In the event of any damage or breakages to the glamping units or facilities, we will use the bank details that were used to book to pay for repairs or replacement.
• We are happy to process waste that is correctly sorted into recycling, food and rubbish. If guests prefer not to do this they are welcome to take their waste home with them. If glamping guests choose not to sort their waste, a charge of £40 will be made for our inconvenience.
• Glamping guests are expected to wash up all kitchen items used and leave them in the same condition they were found. If this is not done, a charge of £40 will be made for our inconvenience.
• Check out of the glamping units is 10am. Late check out incurs a charge of £40. You may be able to arrange late check out up to 3pm that day for a charge of £40 - ask the owners if this is possible.

Cancellation Policy

Glamping:
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 28 days prior to arrival will be charged the 25% non-refundable deposit paid on booking. Bookings cancelled within the 28 days before arrival will be charged the total cost of the booking with no refund being given.

Camping:
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days before arrival will be charged the total cost of the booking, with no refunds given.
