Blaencelyn Post Office and Shop (5 mins walk)
– Open Mon-Sat (half day Wed and Sat)
- Good for biscuits, sweets, cakes, fire lighters, tinned/dried goods, some fruit/veg.
- Bread/pies/sausage rolls can be ordered for Tuesdays.
- Can get cash from the Post Office.
Turn right out of Ffynnonwen, left at the T-junction and straight over the next junction. The shop is on your right.
Plwmp Post Office and Shop (5 mins drive)
– Open Mon-Sat (half day Wed and Sat)
- Small selection of most items (no alcohol).
- Can get cash from the Post Office.
Turn right out of Ffynnonwen, right at the T-junction, right at next T-junction and right at the next right turn. The shop is on your left at the junction with the main road.
Brynhoffnant petrol station and mini supermarket (10 mins drive) - Open every day 7am-8pm
- Sells pretty much everything you need – closest place to buy beer!
- Does hot and cold sandwiches and some takeaway food.
- Has an ATM.
Turn left out of Ffynnonwen, turn left at the T-junction, turn right at the main road and the garage is on your left.

The Lime Crab – New Quay, takeaway, open all year round
- Not just fish and chips – also squid, prawns, scampi, halloumi and vegan curry
- The best chippie around (in our opinion!)
Tafell a Tan – Llangrannog, order online for takeaway, weekends only out of season
- Good selection of delicious pizza (including vegan), yummy garlic bread and snacks to eat on the beach
Y Bryn a’r Bragdy – Brynhoffnant
- Amazing pizzas and craft beers straight from their brewery
- Dogs allowed
- Great views down the valley to the sea
The Beach Hut – Llangrannog, closed during the winter months
- Fishfinger butties, Halloumi burgers and nice cakes
- Dogs allowed
Patio Caffi – Llangrannog, closed during winter months
- Huge slabs of cake and sandwiches
- Delicious ice cream – peanut butter is NOT to be missed!
Pizza Tipi – Cardigan, book online
- Eat fresh pizza with quality beer under a giant tipi sat by a log fire – what’s not to like?
- Dogs allowed
Creme Pen Cei – ice creams in New Quay. No visit to New Quay is complete without one of their ice creams...
- A mind-boggling range of flavours from Snickers, to unicorn rainbow, to Jaffa Cake… big decisions to make!
- Vegan and gluten free ice creams too
- They also sell Doggy ice cream so every family member is catered for!
